Job ID: 39096 Project Manager Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Renton, WA. This position will lead an affiliation and integration initiative, specific to Active Directory Consolidation. This role requires expert level communication, organization and critical thinking skills. A self-starter, with ability to track and manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, is required. Experience facilitating complex decisions making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities is essential. Experience developing and implementing benchmarks and metrics in support of improved quality and process design. Excellent written and oral communication that is excellent in the areas of timeliness, accuracy, professionalism. Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple project teams, product development lifecycle, or quality lifecycle. Demonstrated ability to inform and influence senior leadership, management and individuals in various parts of the organization to work toward successful outcomes. Ability to understand business or clinical strategies and plans, and their relationship to organizational strategies. Ability to analyze and report on foreseeable future implications of current decisions.
