Oversee the enrollment and re-determination efforts for Elder Service Plan enrollees and existing clients. • Acts as liaison between Sales and Marketing and other PACE Departments. Strategize with marketing team members regarding growth opportunities, evolving obstacles and market/Medicaid trends. Become expert at CRM software used to track marketing and enrollment including analysis, enrollment forecasting, referral tracking and reporting. Maintain a productive working relationship with State Medicaid approval staff as well as other State and Federal resources to ensure expedient processing of applications and renewals. Trouble shoot enrollment issues and lead efforts to optimize the number of enrollments that get through MassHealth process each month, track issues with MassHealth and other barriers to enrollment success. Using Excel, Electronic Medical Record, and CRM software, keep updated records of where applications and re-determinations are in process. Working with Enrollment team, create and distribute mid-month and end of month lists of approved enrollees. Keep abreast of Medicare and Medicaid operational and regulatory changes, advise Enrollment and Finance teams as well as ESP leadership in a timely manner. As requested, assist Marketing and Enrollment team with community outreach efforts. Required/Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred. • 3 of years sales, sales management, recruitment, enrollment, insurance, marketing or business development experience. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. year of supervisory experience. Proven problem-solving skills and critical thinking. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent customer service skills and experience. Demonstrated account management or sales success. Proven attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and organize workload.
