Eurofins Discover Services is searching for a Contracts Administrator to work in St. Charles, MO. The Contract Administrator will work as a lead member of the Contracts team to ensure contract terms meet company compliance requirements and business goals and standards through effective drafting, negotiation and coordination. This role is responsible for collaborating with various levels of the organization preparing contract documents that protect the interests of Eurofins, and will serve as a liaison between operations, sales, client services and finance in the review, prioritization, and oversight of the contracting process to ensure prompt completion of the contract cycle. The Contract Administrator must efficiently manage a large volume and variety of contracts, coordinating numerous agreements simultaneously while identifying issues for manager support where appropriate. Contracts Administrator responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : • Reviews contracts to ensure accuracy of preparation of company contracts, necessary clauses; compliance with company requirements and all applicable laws are addressed. • Reviews all terms of old contracts for compliance requirements to amend or advice sales. • Attends meetings / calls for negotiations with clients, or internal discussion on contract matters to resolve questions and find resolution. • Coordinates with other departments to ensure approvals and contract requirements are being addressed. • Drafts, edits and negotiates various contracts confidentiality agreements, supply contracts, licenses, permits, Master Service Agreements (MSA) and MSA Amendments, etc. • Handles organization and maintenance of all company contracts. • Uses an array of business software applications (e.g., Word, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint and company systems, DocuSign and new contract software systems. • Updates and maintains Contracts Database- inputs data, process reports, and implement new processes for database management, ability to help incorporate new contract system process • Performs final closeout of contracts, using DocuSign or wet ink and follows up. • Follows up on redlines sent out to client or internal to ensure timeline and objectives are met. • Flexible to do a variety of task as assigned, assist with mergers and acquisitions as related to contract process. • Updates and maintains the Contract Work Order Request System in the company contract database - inputs new work order requests, send out confirmation emails to appropriate parties, update status of work order requests as needed. • Works with IT Department to improve the Contracts Database and the Contract Work Order Request System. • Facilitates integration of contracts from other sites into the Database and Work Flow Systems and coordinate contract management with other sites. • Initiates recommendations for updates to company standard templates and assists in drafting new templates as needed by the business. • Provides scheduled reporting and ad hoc reporting as required. • Builds positive relationships and partnerships across the business and functional teams. • Provides escalation assistance to team members; recommends potential solutions to issues; follows established escalation procedures; resolves complex issues. • Assists with the development and communications of standards, processes, and procedures across responsibilities. • Meets deadlines while producing quality results. • Provide training/mentoring to other members and company departments as needed. • Provides coverage for others in the department as needed • Administrative duties as needed to complete job duties • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision • Regular attendance and punctuality • Performs other duties as assigned • Adheres to site environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements The ideal candidate would possess : • Paralegal certification preferred • Hands-on experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts. Law firm/in-house corporate experiences a plus. Services industry experiences a plus. • High level of responsiveness and exceptional customer service. • Self-motivated individual who has the adaptability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual; possesses a 'whatever it takes' philosophy. • Well-developed skills and knowledge base in the field of services contracts is essential. • Strong analytic skills with ability to interpret complex information and adapt it as needed. • Ability to change priorities dependent upon organizational need. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented, manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. • Excellent problem-solving capability and out of the box thinking to ensure forward movement in contracting process. • Has broad knowledge of legal principles and procedures as they relate to contracts. • Excellent time management skills, proven success in fast paced environment • Effective and professional oral and written communication skills. • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university, preferably in related business field and/or Certificate from ABA approved paralegal school preferred. • Minimum 4 years of contract administration experience. • Experience with Microsoft Access and SharePoint • Experience with database management and contract management • Understands the requirement of and maintains highly confidential information. • Excellent time management skills • Requires an attention to detail, strong work ethic and sense of urgency • Strong organizational skills • Able to work in fast paced environment Basic Minimum Qualifications : • Bachelor's Degree required • Minimum 4 year of experience with contract review and negotiation, preferably in a corporate setting • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce and other contract management processes. • Administrative abilities, including document management. • Self-starter with initiative who strives for excellence in work; • Able to train others on contract process and reviewing of documents. • Team player is a must. • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Teach For America corps members teach a variety of subjects, including (but not limited to): science, math, computer science, humanities, language arts, English, reading, special education, Spanish/bilingual education, ESL, history, social studies, and more. You'll work in close partnership with educators, parents, and community members to set ambitious goals for your students and help support them on their journey to achieving their dreams. With an unparalleled support network, ongoing coaching and leadership development during your two years in the corps, you will have a profound impact on your students' academic and personal growth. As a TFA alum, you'll gain access to numerous top graduate school and employer partnerships that will help you advance and accelerate your leadership trajectory after you leave the corps. While many alumni choose to continue teaching after their two year commitment, others choose to branch out across a variety of sectorslegal, non-profit, finance, government, techwhile continuing to help positively impact the movement for educational equity throughout their careers. We need educators, engineers, policy advocates, military veterans, attorneys, marketers, developers, social workers, and countless other professions, all equally working together as a coalition to bring about systemic change in our nation's education system. Where You Will Teach Teach For America works in 51 communities across the country. We call them\"regions,\"and they range from large cities to rural communities, from New York City to Hawai'i and South Dakota to the Rio Grande Valley, TFA corps members are challenging what is possible for our nation's students.
