Project Manager- w/ IT Asset Inventory - Dublin

Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all phases of the project life-cycle, including requirements gathering and analysis, budgeting and planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of Asset/Inventory tracking management HealthCare project(s). Position will manage teams of employees and contractors on projects and be responsible for all project deliverables, budget, and schedule. Position involves broad interaction with different functional areas and information technology. This position will be responsible for the use of best practices in project management methodologies. The Nutritional Delivery business serves the enteral feeding market, which is the delivery of nutritionally complete feed directly into the stomach or small bowel. The product portfolio consists of enteral access and delivery devices under the globally recognized Kangaroo™ brand, including the Kangaroo™ enteral feeding pumps and sets portfolio, the Kangaroo™ Feeding Tube with IRIS Technology, and a host of other adult, pediatric, and neonatal enteral feeding products. The Senior Global Portfolio Manager is an upstream marketing leader for the global Nutritional Delivery business, working with the Regional Product Managers around the globe to define and create appropriate product portfolios to meet financial targets, including but not limited to organic and inorganic portfolio additions and/or rationalizations. Additionally, this position will have the unique opportunity to play a role in disruptive, next generation enteral feeding and access programs that are currently in development. For reference of historical business investment, recent global product launches in the business include the Kangaroo™ Feeding Tube with IRIS Technology and the Kangaroo™ Connect wireless enteral feeding platform. This position reports directly to the Global Director for Nutritional Delivery. Accountabilities Help manage the product life cycle of a product line or a portfolio of product lines from discovery and innovation, to new product planning, new product introduction, post-launch product management, and product retirement Contribute to the global product strategy for a product line, working with both regional and channel marketing leaders Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of marketing and product management disciplines necessary for building business plans, product plans, and marketing plans. Utilize market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to develop preferred product offerings for targeted segments and channels Understand methods available to execute primary research that are necessary to drive product line/portfolio decisions. Help identify market opportunities through primary and secondary market research and act by implementing and managing solutions that meet customer needs Identify and remain current on market trends. Determine product lifecycle implications and make decisions to drive market competitiveness and to achieve sustainable economic success Assist in translating market and customer needs across multiple regions and channels into clearly defined product requirements and product line strategy Work with Commercial Enablement leader to ensure that all promotional, launch, and marketing activities align with the overall product line strategy and facilitate proper communication and collaboration with all applicable marketing resources across regions and channels Demonstrate basic financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment.
