Description Position Purpose This is an intermediate-level position within Cargills global Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team. The primary function of this position is to develop and lead category sourcing projects and assist with daily needs of a given category spend. These activities include but are not limited to; leading/supporting the strategic sourcing process, execution of national, regional, and/or local agreements to include bidding, negotiations, supplier selection/development, and contract management. This position is responsible for executing supply contracts and other related work in a fast-paced environment to meet company goals. The II will coordinate activities with procurement, logistics, plant management, operations, R&D, and finance personnel to meet supply requirements. This role will have both data intensive and strategic/vision components to it and applicants should be well-versed in data manipulation in Excel/Access, building models, and setting a category vision with little to no direction. Principal Accountabilities 60% Develop & execute sourcing strategies and projects Develop detailed understanding of the current subcategory activity within Cargill, e.g. spend profile, supplier performance, industry innovations, best practices, benchmarking, and sharing. Accountable for delivering on value goals for the sub-category and continuously finding ways to improve value delivery and improve efficiency. Lead development and implementation of both capital & category projects down through business enterprises to the facilities. Manage communication, processes, issue resolution, and ongoing category management. Provide leadership in driving projects to support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Develop and manage contracts and select supplier agreements 25% Supplier & Stakeholder Management Utilize market intelligence, business operations, and spend data and analytics to refine sourcing strategies, inform suppliers of performance, and drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain Supplier Relationship Management and Key Performance Indicators for the Category and specific contracts. Escalation point for vendor performance and driving innovation. Aligning and working with cross functional teams from Global Sub-Category Leads, COE, and Business Relationship Managers (BRM), to ensure the sourcing strategies and end-to-end process meet CSSP and Business objectives. Develop and maintain alignment with stakeholders on priorities, business needs, defining value, key customer requirements, forecasted spend, innovation, etc. in the category. Act as liaison for supplier payment inquiries as requested. 15% Procurement process and Systems Lead and Manage RFXs, Negotiations, Supplier Qualifications, Risk Assessments for sub-category. Support Source-to-Pay processes for sub-category. Ensuring operational ERP contracts, catalogs, purchasing systems are up to date and requestors have the necessary information. Clean and update data systems, spend analytics, contract management systems, compliance reporting to manage the sub-category. Act as subject matter expert in Sourcing and Procurement for stakeholders and project teams. Ensure requests are processed for procurement of materials and services. Relocation will not be provided for this position. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering or related degree program Category sourcing experience managing the 5-step sourcing process, internal & external spend and data analysis, negotiations, competitive bidding, benchmarking, implementation, and financial and compliance risk analysis, etc. Experience helping to develop and execute category strategies for continuous improvement Experience assisting with supplier relationship management and contract development and execution. - Duties Summary The Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center is seeking a full-time General Surgeon to join our team. Education and length of practice will be considered by a Market Pay review in determining the final compensable salary (Base Pay + Market Pay). Responsibilities Duties of the General surgeon include but are not limited to the following: The surgeon would be responsible to teach and train residents and students. The surgeon should be able to diagnose and treat all of the common general surgical conditions, including malignancies, of the gastrointestinal tract (stomach, small and large intestine), gallbladder, endocrine system, skin and soft tissue. Experience and interest in vascular access (AV fistula creation especially), upper and lower endoscopy, and advanced laparoscopy (hiatal hernia repair, intestinal resection, and even adrenal surgery) is preferred. The candidate will be expected to participate in call schedule after hours and at least one weekend a month, and will need to possess the ability to respond promptly in emergent situations. The candidate should be proficient in placement of central venous and arterial catheters, and should feel comfortable supervising others in their placement. POSITION SUMMARY: To provide technical and engineering coordination between the customer, Citation Marketing and Engineering/Manufacturing. Prepares technical proposals and problem summaries for use by the Service Action Committee. Provides Citation Service facilities, Field Service personnel and aircraft operators with technical assistance. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: - Organizes, writes and prepares technical data and problem summaries from field reports and inspection summaries to brief marketing, engineering and manufacturing functions on field problems. - Coordinates, monitors and expedites the evaluation of product changes and engineering design improvements. Gives priority consideration to those items improving product safety, reliability, warranty cost reduction or long term lowering of cost operation. - Organizes and sustains a technical file of existing and potential product improvements and serialized production changes. - Analyzes special product support problem areas and evaluates various alternatives of meeting these needs in an engineering manner, considering all facets of the problem. Proposes the best possible solution for product changes, modifications or procedural changes. - Collects and analyzes discrepancy reports concerning the Cessnas jet products. Coordinates corrective action with Manufacturing. - Acts as liaison between Field Service and Manufacturing on customer problems and corrective measures. - Maintains close liaison with the Sales Department on the status of special configuration requirements that the Cessnas jet products have potential of satisfying and coordinates the product development activities necessary in the customer preparation. - Coordinates and assists Engineering in preparing detail or final technical proposals requested from Citation Marketing and assists where necessary in the customer presentation. - When necessary, acts as technical advisor and be directly involved in on-site assistance at company owned service centers and independent service stations during investigation of unique aircraft problems or prototype installation. - Participates in periodic audits of the curriculum being taught by Cessnas contracted training organizations to verify classes are being conducted using current technical data. - Prepares recommended spares lists for domestic and international operators based on flight profiles and projected usage. - Prepares and presents technical program for operators conferences and technical seminars. - Coordinates with representatives of equipment suppliers to achieve maximum reliability from installed equipment on the Citation. Prepares reliability summary statement and recommendations for corrective action.
