Assist the Regional Director in achieving corporate goals: * Work with management to implement go to market strategy across region and report back on product needs, market conditions, promotional opportunities, sales trends, marketing plans and other written communications as well as business opportunities on a regular basis * Visit assigned key accounts each semester to develop account sales strategy, identify new opportunities, close existing sales opportunities, understand customers changing needs, and understand developing market trends * Utilize and leverage internal resources (customer service, marketing, operations, product management) to assist the Regional Director 2. Deliver interactive sales demonstrations of HBP simulation, online courses and other eLearning assets to engage existing and potential customers in large and small group settings in person and remote. 3. Creatively identify opportunities beyond traditional business school disciplines 4. Represent the brand with standards consistent with Harvard Business School and Harvard Business Publishing. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport. 5. Develop and maintain superior knowledge of HBP content 6. Visits to customers approximately 50% of time. 7. Support execution of marketing and promotion plans to develop brand, network with customers, and grow business 8. The Housekeeper demonstrates a high level of customer service at all times and performs all duties in compliance with all federal and state laws pertaining to the apartment industry including Fair Housing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Delivers and promotes excellent customer service and supports the resident retention and service goals of the community at all times. * Reports to work on time in proper uniform. * Based on the schedule established by the Maintenance Supervisor, the Housekeeper maintains the cleanliness of the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, model apartments, fitness center, laundry rooms and other interior common areas of the community. * The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness of all vacant apartments as they become available for cleaning in accordance with the Cleaning Checklist. Primarily cleans after work completed by the maintenance person, painter, and carpet cleaner. He/she ensures that all products are utilized properly and in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS). * May respond to routine resident requests for maintenance as directed by the maintenance supervisor. Cleans up work area and restores it to its original condition. * Completes all required forms accurately and in accordance with established community deadlines (i.e. time sheets, turnover cards, service requests, cleaning checklists, etc.). * Follows established procedures for accessing and returning equipment and other materials from the maintenance shop. Patient diagnoses range anywhere from sepsis, to COPD exacerbations, pancreatitis, non-healing wounds, pulmonary emboli, etc. It is a fast-paced unit where time management and prioritization are needed and you can gain experience with stable trachs, PEG tubes, ostomies, catheters, and wound drains. Nurses on our unit are also skilled with taking care of various cardiac diseases and they have advanced cardiac knowledge and can take specialized cardiac drugs and are ACLS certified. A unique feature about this unit is the working relationship with the physicians. Several simulations have been completed including rapid response and code blue simulations and this unit is slated to do another simulation for complex behavior patients. Our family medicine residents also shadow the nurses are a part of their orientation to help with physician and nurse relationships. The Patient Care Assistant is an unlicensed staff member who is accountable to/completes delegated tasks from the RN in a caring and culturally sensitive manner with excellent customer service at all times.
