Works with patient care providers to determine the resources utilized to perform the procedure. Utilizes this information within the allocation process to set an RVU for the procedure. Generates reports as needed for Hospital Management from the decision support system. Performs other projects as assigned by Manager, follows appropriate methodology and standards, meeting or exceeding appropriate deadlines. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Health Administration or related field PLUS 3 years of experience in hospital cost accounting and general ledger systems OR 3 years of experience in hospital financial reporting/analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
