Tenure Status Non-Tenure Track Minimum Qualifications Position Summary This position will provide educational programming in the Agriculture and Natural Resources (ANR) area in Seminole County providing educational opportunities in production agriculture, horticulture, and natural resources to a wide variety of audiences utilizing multiple teaching methods. Seminole County has over 60,000 acres of harvested cropland. That translates to 20-25% of the total economic output of the county. With almost 4,000 jobs related to the AG community, Seminole County is in need of educational direction and technical assistance that only UGA Extension can give. This position requires frequent night meetings, some weekend work, and attendance at out-of-county meetings. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable private vehicle for official duty travel are required. Reimbursement for business travel will be provided.
