Summary Zipcar is looking to add a Senior Manager of Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) to the FPA team, reporting to the Director FPA. The successful candidate will help Zipcar stay financially successful by informing management and the company on the progress and effectiveness of the company s plans and recommending options for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor or Master s degree in Finance or Accounting, or other proven knowledge of Finance and GAAP. 5 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Previous supervisory experience a plus, but not critical for the right candidate. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (including executive team) and articulate ideas, analysis results, and recommendations Mastery of Excel. Essential Functions: Design and create web pages to reflect the Dickinson brand and ensure our site is best in class. Working with departments, ensure the Dickinson story is being reflected with dynamic content. Be responsive to CMS issues and assist with campus trainings. Assist with analytics and SEO reports for the Dickinson website. Work with Online Marketing team to grow visibility and improve rankings in organic search results as well as optimize paid advertising for various campaign initiatives. Create articles, photography and video to help tell the Dickinson story. Design engaging e-newsletters and e-communications. Update and keep current digital signage throughout campus. Fill in and serve on campus committee meetings in the absenceof the Director. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Web development or graphic design A valid Driver's Licence is required. Occupational Summary A web design/developer works with a central team of creative professionals to design, development, and deploy web/multimedia content and digital design projects. This position reports to the Director of the Digital Communications and supports other office responsibilities related to the University brand, project management and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and design and will look for opportunities to demonstrate Duke’s brand and digital representation in new and exciting ways. As a web designer/developer, we are looking for a digital futurist and team member to take Duke’s primary online presence to new levels. This position is primarily a development and graphic design role and will also bring expertise in the digital marketing space. Work Performed 40% - Develop a range of collateral within the creative team to develop a range of collateral for the Duke’s digital presence. The primary effort will be web development (Wordpress specifically) in addition to a broad use of graphic and multimedia (Adobe suite) tools for use across many channels. 30% - Create high-gloss, high-value graphics for use on a range of material. This candidate will bring a creative vision and execution that demonstrates strong use of tools and creative reach. These graphics will embody the essence of the Duke brand and contain a high caliber of quality. 10% - Be an active and engaging member of creative team providing input on emerging trends, maintaining a thorough knowledge of best practices and sharing creative ideas on ways we can further elevate the excellence of our story telling. 20% - Assist in the capture and production of campus events and brining Duke’s digital story to life through a range of media. Graphic design, web development, video capture, photography are all of the creative team. This position will have some involvement in all of the areas but will be primarily focused on design and development. 10% - Maintain a thorough knowledge of best practices specific to web development, including mobile accommodation, web accessibility and web security requirements. Keep abreast of and utilize contemporary practices, trends and technologies in design, layout and production of multiple types of media.
