The Adecco NYC team is seeking a Talent Resources Coordinator.? This role is an on-going temporary role. The Talent Resources Coordinator will provide scheduling and operational support helping to ensuring the success of the recruitment team in conjunction with the other coordinators.?Additionally, the Coordinator will assist in providing an? exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience .? The coordinator will collaborate with recruitment team members (on site and remote locations) to gain understanding of processes and procedures for scheduling candidates and will act as a liaison between the candidate, recruiter and hiring manager. The Coordinator will also interact with external candidates as part of the interview process in person, over the phone and? via email.? It is important this candidate demonstrate a high level of customer service in their communication and interaction with internal and external customers. ? In addition to the primary responsibilities below, the successful candidate will also have a strong? sense of urgency , ability to multi task and contribute quickly to unscheduled tasks and requests, collaborate among the entire team, interact with all levels of employees within the company including executives throughout the organization and be able to exercise common sense to navigate through challenges, trouble shooting and communications. ? Primary Responsibilities Schedule candidate interviews in an expedient and professional manner Notify lobby security at least 48 hours in advance of visitor arrivals Partner with recruiters to determine location of candidate interviews for confidential searches Distribute all necessary interview information to hiring managers and interview team using Microsoft Outlook This includes interview itinerary, candidate resume and other appropriate documents.? Assist recruiter in ensuring the interview process is handled smoothly and efficiently to create a positive candidate experience Prior to candidate interviews, provide them with directions and recruiting collateral. Be available to answer questions for candidates and hiring managers Meet and greet candidates when determined by recruiter Book travel accommodations for candidates and recruitment team when necessary Provide administrative support to recruiters ? ? ? Job Requirements Position Requirements 1-2? years' experience (someone who has an interest in recruiting or HR is a plus) Retail, fashion or apparel experience preferred Understanding of fast paced and ever-changing retail environment College degree required Ensure the highest standard of confidentially and professionalism Highly proficient in? Outlook , proficient?in Microsoft Office and recruiting systems ?-? workday is a plus Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication; prioritizing and time management skills; proactive- sense of urgency-follow-up; outstanding ability to be "in-service" to all?associates, candidates and external contacts.
