To effectively manage the A/R portfolio, aggressive collection efforts are required for these Current Term Accounts. Other responsibilities include processing DineWest deposits on a daily basis, provide billing summary and monthly review of accounts to Assistant Bursar, and processing third party invoices and collection of payments. In addition, this position will assist with the Scholarship deposits, and run night and month end Banner jobs. Other secondary responsibilities include assisting in answering students’ questions about account charges and refunds on high volume days and assisting with Projects and Reports as needed. The hours for this position will be 9am-6pm. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years business related experience required.
