The laborer, under supervision of the assistant superintendent, performs work involving the use of mowers, trimmers, blowers and hand tools. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Responsibilities include: Performs maintenance task on the golf course with rakes, blowers, trimmers, and other hand tools. Maintains the grounds of the golf course along with detail jobs to help beautify and provide pristine playing conditions for Berkeley Hall members and guests. May operate smaller equipment as directed by his/her supervisor. Arrives to work on time. When necessary, follows proper procedures for tardiness, calling out and requests off. Displays commitment to the Club by demonstrating initiative toward assigned tasks and willingness to learn. Works effectively and efficiently with other club staff.
