Develop outreach plans that demonstrate appreciation, recognition, and engagement of mid-level donors and prospects. 6. Manage the planned giving program, including identifying new strategies to increase planned gifts, coordinating planned to give messaging, helping plan and execute the Heritage Day luncheon during Homecoming. 8.
