Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. - Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager. Skills & Qualifications - Minimum five years’ experience in the roofing industry. - Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them. This role is responsible for assisting the Quality Manager with the timely, accurate and thorough monitoring and reporting of processes throughout the value stream, assuring compliance with established standards and specifications with strict adherence to processes. Primary Responsibilities: * Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures * Assist with equipment calibration and care * Approve product and processes * Color check * Collect and review reject information as assigned by Quality Manager * Conduct data collection and analysis as required * Assist in management of the Quality Management System including document control * Perform internal audits as a member of the Internal Audit Team * Participate in improvement initiatives and projects * Participate in department meetings as scheduled * Responsible for working overtime when needed and as assigned Qualifications include: * High school education or equivalent * 3 years+ quality experience in manufacturing; printing industry experience preferred * Available to work on 3rd shift (training on 1st) * Ability to read rulers and pass color hue test * Experience with Microsoft Office applications including analytical abilities within Excel * Strong mathematic skills * Detail oriented * Ability to stay focused and follow instructions for duration of shift * Ability to work independently and see a tasks and projects through to completion * Work well in team environment, is seen as a team player * Proven verbal and written communication skills * Knowledge of ISO 9001; 2000 standards and ASQ Certifications are a plus!
