This is a high-level role. Where to look for candidates: Banking OR licensed people in insurance companies. Nice to have: - Previous Banking Experience Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). Non-negotiables: -Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. If you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days. (If a candidate claims to have their licenses, then look up the candidate on broker check first.) -At least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services. -Has at least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded. -Desire to sell both banking and investment products -Strong time management -Ability to cultivate client relationships and build strong partnerships Prefer candidates that come from a face to face environment. Call center candidates are risky because they do not know what to expect when dealing in person. If they have no license or are partially licensed, they would only be eligible for the development program (do not submit them to this requisition). We are not interested in traders.
