Track and measure results to provide monthly report of effectiveness. • Oversee and optimize Website content -- working with Office Manager and all staff and outside service providers – to ensure that the ECPG Website (www.evergreencpg.org) and all additional web pages, landing sites, and microsites, are kept up-to-date with timely content updates. Work with ECPG's Office Manager and all staff colleagues to collaborate on content, post updates, and improve the functionality of ECPG Website and social media platforms. • Assist with development and oversee content/database management for webinars and webbased education programs. • Prepare education and awareness materials such as newsletters, presentations, news releases, brochures, fact sheets, reports, displays, and other educational/outreach materials. • Take lead role in developing and overseeing programs and campaigns for National Problem Gambling Awareness Month. • Serve as the ECPG public information officer to cultivate media contacts and place stories and opinion pieces in print, broadcast, blogs and other online sources. Maintain media distribution lists and make pitch calls to reporters and editorial writers to generate media coverage of ECPG programs and campaigns. • Position ECPG as the leading expert in Washington State on issues concerning problem gambling and responsible gaming. • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member to ensure program effectiveness and provide input on projects/programs that will maximize positive impacts on the community and provide the highest level of customer service. • Perform other duties as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field and minimum three years of responsible experience in all aspects of social media development, initiation, management, and tracking; managing public awareness, outreach, communications for a nonprofit organization or agency or a for-profit firm.
