You spot gaps where most people don't and enjoy filling them * Solving problems in a systematic way is natural to you and you enjoy coaching and elevating others to do the same * Drive root cause analysis to completion, you don't sleep well if even one stone was left unturned during the process * You don't get overwhelmed easily and thrive in prioritizing your tasks with extreme ownership Requirements * 2-year degree or evidence of exceptional ability * Experience with Continuous Improvement implementation * 3 - 5 years' experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment preferred * Previous mechanical inspection background with ability to use basic and precision measurement tools (FARO, CMM, calipers, micrometers, thread gauges etc.) preferred * Experience with vision gauging preferred * Knowledge of ISO 9001:200x/TS16924 a plus.
