Monitor driver performance through yard observations and road tests. Investigate vehicle accidents and workplace injuries to establish preventability, root causes and develop corrective action measures Assist with driver interventions relating to unsafe acts and compliance violations Work with Operations regarding their involvement in driver/account safety performance, prevention of injuries and accidents, and compliance with OSHA/DOT regulations.
