Assist in the development of best in class retail operations and experiences in a highly competitive landscape Identifies and resolves store issues, informing or escalating as appropriate to field leadership or corporate support teams. Drives operational compliance of back office processes, procedures, and policies with associates; informs store operator of any gaps in compliance and performs follow-up to ensure opportunities are addressed. Responsible for ensuring that all associates are highly knowledgeable on Samsung products and services; ensures associates possess the soft skills necessary to educate and empower consumers.
