Primary Responsibility: Responsible for the development and analysis of customer base animation (upgrading) actions across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise Segments. Specifically, this individual will be directly responsible for developing and implementing strategies pertaining to animation initiatives. This role will support B2B Marketing team through investigation and analytics relating to customer base composition and upgrade opportunities. This role will develop offer strategy and campaigns to increase customer share of wallet and direct customer referral programs to generate leads. We are hiring a Senior Director, Benefits and Mobility, reporting directly to the Head of Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations. This is a lead role that will drive the strategy, planning, administration, and implementation of all benefits programs and policies. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of cost effective benefits programs that provide optimal value to our employees and are aligned to our benefits philosophy and the short and long-term objectives of AUSA. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and communicating wellness programs that help employees improve their overall wellbeing. You will also be responsible for oversight and administration of the company’s immigration and relocation policies and programs. Primary Responsibilities The Senior Director of Benefits and Mobility is responsible for the strategic alignment of benefit philosophy and objectives with company’s mission, vision and values. S/he will design wellness programs that help employees improve their physical, emotional and financial wellbeing; administer the company’s employee Health & Welfare plans, such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Life, AD&D, Short & Long-Term Disability, service awards and various supplemental plans; and monitors and evaluates existing benefit programs, including self-insured and fully-insured insurance programs, 401(k) plan, pension plan, excess retirement plans, leave and time off policies, ensuring that all programs are current, and competitive with respect to the trends, best practices and costs. Other responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with benefit laws and regulations, including filings (e.g., Form 5500, PBGC forms, etc) Collaborating with the 401(k) administrator to ensure that the plan is compliant with all laws and regulations and that yearly audits, testing and reporting is done accurately and on time. Acting as the primary liaison with insurance carriers, vendors, brokers, and consultants on various matters such as health and welfare plan design, contracts, plan coverage and plan renewals; ensure proper service and partnership is being provided on an economical basis. Working with Financial Planning & Control, Treasury and the Company’s actuary to evaluate and implement optimal funding strategies for the Company’s defined benefit plan. Designing communication programs to increase perceived value of programs and ensure appropriate understanding by employees. Overseeing and scale programs and processes related to immigration and internal mobility, including administration Developing a communication strategy to educate foreign nationals, manager, and the HR community on visa requirements and the changing immigration landscape. Collaborating with Legal and other internal stakeholders as needed to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and contractual obligations. Leveraging technology to streamline benefits practices as needed. Partnering with key internal stakeholders to inform evolution of strategies, consider and integrate feedback, and build action plans to address identified needs aligned with the overall benefits Total Rewards strategy. Maintaining knowledge of current market trends and exploit partnership opportunities. 10 years of experience designing, developing, managing and leading benefit and compensation programs. Experience consulting with and influencing executive management in the design, development, and execution of benefit strategies and initiatives. Excellent executive presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, as well as the ability respectfully question and/or challenge others to think through problems and develop viable solutions. Exceptional business knowledge, general management, and leadership capability to lead functional teams within HR and throughout the organization. Prior experience managing immigration matters and global mobility or related programs. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or relevant field. Master’s degree in Business preferred. Prior management experience preferred.
