Work in a controlled environment, with responsibility to maintain environmental standards established for Multi Dose Aseptic Areas to ensure regulatory compliance in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP?s) and department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP?s). Main Areas of Responsibilities Incumbent will perform inspections of products and pulling Quality Assurance samples for Microbiology and Chemistry testing. Perform aseptic interventions on equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area during and at the end of each shift. Assist Allergan in achieving environmental, health, and safety goals by working safely and observing all general plant and department safety policies. Perform all assigned duties according to departmental SOP?s and cGMP?s. Remain current on proper procedures by reviewing current, revised, and new SOP?s relating to the job and to the department. Complete and remain current with all required cGMP and safety training. Assist Maintenance Technicians with basic mechanical adjustments as needed. Complete all required documentation associated with the production and / or packaging of product. Assist daily production in operating and monitoring technical, computerized, production machinery, ensuring quality standards are maintained. Assumes other duties and responsibilities, as necessary, within the Multi Dose department, in an effort to provide the required support to ensure adherence to the production schedule Requirements At least two (2) year related work experience, preferably in a high-speed production or manufacturing environment. Basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP experience preferred. Experience working in a GMP regulated environment preferred. Aptitude to perform basic mechanical adjustments to filling machinery.? Knowledge of aseptic practices, sterile gowning, disinfectant cleaning and operating of machinery in Class 10,000, Class 1,000, and Class 100 fill rooms. Preferred Skills/Qualification Detail-oriented and self-motivated Work in a confined, controlled environment for extended periods of time, functioning effectively as a team member. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Capable to work in a Class 100 Environment.? Ability to use Aseptic Room gown that includes surgical mask, goggles and comply with gowning validation and subsequent gowning verifications.? Ability to work any shift (up to 12-hours) as required dependent on business needs. Excellent math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers. Intern Main Areas of Responsibilities: The intern will support Feasibility Analytics for Clinical Trials in terms of site identification, site feasibility, patient recruitment planning and benchmark data gathering. The intern will collaborate with Feasibility Analytics for Clinical Trials Managers/Directors on recruitment strategies and implement site start-up activities including site identification and vendor management for CDA and Site Feasibility Questionnaire (SFQ) collection. The intern will support Master Site List compilation and de-duplication. In addition they will support the review of recruitment and retention proposals and recruitment vendor selection. They will be part of cross-functional team discussions around these activities and collaborate closely with Feasibility experts, Clinical Trial Teams and external vendors. Primary activities wil include: ?Support the site identification process ?May interact with investigative sites and investigators in terms of outreach for new trials opportunities? ?Maintain site identification related data: Master Site List and Site Disposition Reports, proposals and metrics ?Identifies, engages and works with recruitment and site optimization vendors ?Supports the review of recruitment vendor proposals and prepares comparison materials ?Schedules and attends vendor Kick-Off Meeting and final vendor assessment metrics meetings ?Schedules TCs for new vendor capability presentations? ?Assists in preparing Recruitment surveys ?Research industry innovations and advances, especially pertaining to investigator/site matters to ensure awareness of relevant advances and technology in the areas of patient recruitment and retention Requirements: Must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited university and in good academic standing. The Senior Manager Health Economics Outcomes Research may be located either in Irvine, CA or Madison, NJ and will work independently while under the supervision of the (Executive) Director to develop and execute outcomes research to demonstrate the value of Allergan?s products both globally and for the U.S. market. He/She develops outcomes research plans outlining the strategic approach for generating required evidence and research outputs, which may span multiple product / indications. This research includes: conduct of network meta analyses, creation of economic models (budget impact and cost effectiveness), conduct of EMR and claims analyses and observational research studies / analyses, conduct of post-hoc clinical trial analyses, development and validation of Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) measures, and analyses of COA data.? In addition, the Senior Manager leads completion of systematic literature reviews, and Global evidence dossiers and value platform development plans. The Senior Manager also supports the clinical development process, providing input into the design of clinical studies to support successful market access and brand differentiation. This is accomplished through cross-functional collaboration with internal groups including Clinical Development and Operations; Epidemiology; Regulatory Affairs; Medical Affairs; Commercial; and Pricing, Reimbursement and Market Access. He/She presents health outcomes research findings internally to Allergan and externally via the peer-reviewed process. In addition, the Senior Manager builds research relationships with key clinical and outcomes thought leaders, resulting in research collaborations to support evidence generation for publication and HTA/reimbursement submissions.?Managerial responsibilities include: managing vendors, project timelines, budgets and stakeholder interactions, liaising with internal center of excellence (COE) collaborators, and assisting in the hiring, training, and development of staff/fellows. The employee must conduct their work activities in compliance with all Allergan internal requirements and with all applicable regulatory requirements.? Allergan internal requirements include compliance with ethics, environmental health and safety, financial, human resources, and general business policies, requirements, and objectives. LI-PD1 Preferred Skills/Qualification? ? At least 4 years industry related experience in outcomes research with emphasis in two or more of the following areas: Development and / or validation of PRO Analysis of claims databases to assess burden and cost of disease Health economic models to assess the value of medical products People management experience? Education Master?s degree in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) related field and 5 years of experience conducting HEOR research PharmD, BS Pharmacy, or MD Master?s degree in related field and 3 years of experience conducting HEOR research Doctoral degree and 3 years of experience conducting HEOR research Related fields include: Health Services Research, Health Economics / Economics, Psychometrics, Health Policy, Outcomes Research and Pharmacy Administration ?

Represents Regulatory Affairs for pharmaceutical development projects and marketed products. Responsible for development and communication of all aspects of global regulatory strategy on R&D project teams.? May have responsibility to work in one or more therapeutic areas, covering multiple development projects. ? Main Areas of Responsibilities ? Advisory Responsibilities: Represents Department at Global Project Team.? Develops regulatory strategic plan and provides guidance to project team.? Leads Global Regulatory Team.? Works with team to resolve complex project issues.? Utilizes regulatory expertise and knowledge of regulatory requirements and regulations to strategically interpret, plan, and communicate requirements to ensure governmental approvals are obtained. Manage and mentor direct report(s), where line management responsibilities exist. ? Project Execution: Sets strategy for submissions of product registration documents to health authorities worldwide.? Interacts with other line functions in the preparation, review, and completion of documents for regulatory submissions.? ?Responsible for US submissions (strategy and submission preparation). ? Communications: Able to clearly articulate regulatory strategy at Global Project and Global Regulatory Team meetings.? Able to negotiate with team to assure acceptance of regulatory strategy.? Assures compliance with project team timelines and milestones.? ? Health Authority Interactions: Effectively plan, organize, and conduct (or supervise) formal meetings with regulatory agencies.? Interact with key personnel in regulatory agencies to ensure the review and approval of development plans, the timely resolution of issues, and the approval of marketing applications. ? Regulatory Compliance : Provide interpretive analyses of complex regulatory guidance documents, regulations, or directives that impact Allergan?s products and operations. Advise personnel in other departments regarding their applicability and impact. ? LI-ML Requirements ? 10 years of professional work experience required to include at min. 6 years of pharmaceutical drug regulatory affairs experience. ? ? Preferred Skills/Qualification Demonstrated excellence in developing global regulatory affairs strategy Strategic thinking, leadership skills, assertiveness, strong technical background, and excellent negotiation and project management skills as evidenced by past performance on drug development project teams Expert knowledge of US and ICH regulations. Experience with Japanese and Chinese regulations is a significant benefit. Excellent interpersonal skills Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) as evidenced by a demonstrated ability to prepare complex documents / submissions and to give presentations Experience working in a matrixed environment ?
