Roles and Responsibilities will include a subset of: - Collaborating with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place. - Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment; conducting quality assurance tests and performing statistical analysis for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications. - Auditing quality systems for deficiency identification and correction. - Ensuring that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements. - Likely working at U.S. military bases for extended periods and potentially traveling out of state for supplier evaluations and acceptance of subcontracted parts. - Reviewing requirement baselines to assure adequate documentation is in place and conforms to program requirements. - Helping coordinate the reviews/inspections of equipment including scheduling and gathering review material. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: - Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related STEM field and 9 years of relevant experience - Prior work experience in a Hardware Engineering environment in an Engineering or Quality Assurance capacity. - The ability to work with all levels of management and the possession of excellent communication skills. - The ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and work on elevated platforms and around sensitive equipment. - The ability to travel across the state of Colorado to U.S. Military bases where our products are installed - Active Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: - Prior work in OPIR and SBIRS/DSP satellite engineering, use and knowledge of the Missile Defense systems exploitation of OPIR or experience in Multi-Int data fusion. - Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher. - AS9100 and CMMI requirements awareness, knowledge of what these standards mean in relation to business processes - Active TS clearance with SCI access

Experienced candidates are expected to demonstrate leadership competencies and support team members via collaboration, sharing of best practices and influencing others. This may include but is not limited to the teaching, coaching and mentoring new hires and/or less experienced MSLs and by assuming responsibility for special projects as they arise. Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, learning agility, adaptability, and depth of scientific knowledge are key competencies that must be readily demonstrated by a qualified candidate. Responsibilities 1. Develop and maintain professional relationships with investigators and prominent healthcare providers as they relate to Alzheimer’s disease and our clinical trials. 2. Provide scientific information and enter into strategic discussions as it relates to medical/clinical information and our clinical trials related to our Alzheimer’s pipeline products to investigators, healthcare professionals, individual physicians, and academic research centers. 3. Conduct oneself in a non-promotional manner, respond appropriately to unsolicited inquires, facilitate research oriented requests (both company sponsored and investigator initiated requests) and act in accordance with applicable EISAI values, compliance, legal and regulatory requirements. 4. Work as a team player, sharing all insights, learnings and best practices with the team and assuming responsibility for special projects as they arise. Job Qualifications Job Qualifications • Advanced terminal degree in medical/biosciences (e.g MD, DO, PhD, PharmD) • Minimum of 2 years of MSL experience, preferably in Alzheimer’s disease • 2 years pharma/industry related experience • Disease state management knowledge in the Alzheimer’s Disease therapeutic area and a neurology/neuroscience background preferred • Strong broad-based scientific and pharmaceutical knowledge as well as excellent presentation and teaching skills • Strong overall written and verbal communication, including strategic conversation skills • Knowledge and experience within Eisai neurology therapeutic area; comfortable and confident speaking about drug information/disease state management • Understanding of the pharmaceutical corporate environment and appreciation for Commercial Operations, including Marketing and Sales strategies • Understanding of the role and contributions provided by Medical Science Liaisons & Medical Affairs • Provide collaboration and alignment within the team and across cross-functional teams such as clinical development •Ability to lead and motivate team members without a direct reporting relationship • Established relationships with key opinion leaders in therapeutic areas of interest • Demonstrated ability to assess issues and think strategically • Sound computer skills including applications for word processing, producing slide materials, working with spreadsheets and mobile based applications • Clinical research/drug development experience

Conduct graphical user interface (GUI), functionality workflow, stress, performance, regression, integrated, and installation testing on assigned products for releases. Learn and apply company testing methodology - Plan the tests, execute the tests, and document the results. Conduct manual testing on products when necessary. Less manual better Review user documentation and online help files for accuracy. Participate in weekly product QA meetings. Qualifications Include Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or related discipline. 3 - 5 years of experience as a QA in the software development life cycle. 2 Years of Automation Experience. Unit Testing Experience. C Selenium or similar tool. Capable of developing automated tests, test plans, and test cases. Classroom or internship exposure to scripting languages (Shell, Javascript) object oriented design and coding principles (C, .NET), and testing tools (MS Test Manager, Nunit, Selenium). SQL query writing and troubleshooting skills as well as strong analytical skills. Eager to learn new skills and acquire knowledge, especially automated testing for web applications. Ability to work independently as well as with highly cross-functional teams. Understanding of QA processes and methodologies in a software development environment. Understanding of web applications and relational databases. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
