The Treasury Management Sales Analyst (SA) will support one or more Treasury Management Sales Consultants (TMSCs) on the Southwest Mountain Midwest Division sales team. This person assists with selling Treasury Management solutions and managing various steps of the sales process such as pre-call and post-call sales activities and proposal recommendations. Responsibilities include: Assist with driving new sales opportunities by identifying client needs and performing prospect research Deliver client-focused solutions when preparing pricing proposals, presentations, and relationship reviews Assist with all pricing functions such as new pricing requests, exception pricing and annual price reviews Coordinate and negotiate with internal partners to ensure on-time delivery of client requests Maintain accurate sales pipeline and ensure key relationship systems are kept current Support divisional initiatives/projects impacting the portfolio as needed Develop a working knowledge of all Treasury products, systems and processes Consult with clients on the phone Support Business Banking partners with training and education on treasury products and processes Important Reminders When Applying: Based on the volume of applications received, this job posting may be removed prior to the indicated close date. <p><br></p> <p>Job Description</p> <p><strong>Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Sales Agent for Green Mountain will be responsible for generating face-to-face conversations with prospective customers to promote and sell products and services in various settings. The primary goal is to acquire new customers and enroll them. Sales Agents will be responsible to achieve goals set by the Sales Team Lead and/or Area Manager. They will also work closely with other members of the Sales Team to determine best practices, maximize customer satisfaction, learn market trends, and support sales and marketing initiatives.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Essential Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li>Based on information provided by the customers, discuss and assist customers’ fit to match with the most suitable price plan and promotion/incentive</li> <li>Achieve and maintain set performance metrics while providing best-in-class service</li> <li>Efficiently navigate order entry system(s) as necessary</li> <li>Utilize and exercise compliance standards for securing customer information</li> <li>Abide by site rules and regulations, including all company safety rules/regulations</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Education: </strong></p> <p>A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, and must be 18 years of age or older</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p> <p><br></p> <p>1-3 years sales or other customer-facing experience preferred, or other applicable work experience.</p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication through oral and written form</li> <li>Proficient mathematical/analytical skills</li> <li>Ability to work effectively both as an individual and a member of a team</li> <li>Ability to communicate clearly with customers --in person while maintaining composure and control, when possible follow-up may be needed</li> <li>Must be able to work independently and multi-task</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Excel</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p> <p><br></p> <p>May occasionally require lifting as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p> <p><br></p> <p>Working onsite at assigned location(s) or event(s) within an assigned geography</p> <p>Must be available to work evenings and weekends</p> <p>This position is a part-time position eligible for commission incentives and/or targets provided by the Team Leads and/or Area Managers</p> <p><br><strong>Nearest Major Market: Dallas, TX</strong></p>
