Summary Reporting to the Director EMEA Sales & Channel Operations, the Regional Sales Operations Manager (RSO) manages support functions essential to sales force productivity. The RSO also needs to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported. As a right-hand partner to the RoE Regional Sales Leader, the ideal RSO candidate will have: A deep understanding of sales cycles across B2B, B2C selling motions in a 2-step distribution model Ability to interpret the data, to uncover and recommend actionable directives that support/drive profitable growth objectives in region Maturity and credibility to challenge salespeople in ways that ‚Äėup‚Äô capacity for results underpinning strategic plan(s) The RSO is truly a business partner to the Regional Sales Leader. Job Responsibilities Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the company. Supports the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources. Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion. Sales Intelligence ‚Äď drive integrity of both the CRM data (account information, pipeline quality etc.) and Sales Process (opportunity management process, pipeline sufficiency, Sales cycle metrics) through insightful analysis and advising the required processes with the Sales team. Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed. Supports training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported. Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs. Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel. Contributes to the Regional Sales Ops Team effectiveness through sharing of best practice. Drive global consistency in all key processes within the Region. Required Educated to degree level (or equivalent) Experience working in Sales Operations or Sales Finance roles. High-Tech industry experience working in companies that go-to-market through a complex distribution / reseller (or retailer) channel and familiar with common sales processes associated with this type of business. Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM. Advanced Excel skills. Confident presenting analysis in a concise way to senior sales management teams. Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables to tight timelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high-attention to detail. Fluent in English (company language). Team player with strong sense of responsibility.
