Southern Pines Trucking, affiliated company of PGT Trucking, Inc., offers uncompromising specialized service, including hazmat specialized service, state-of-the-art technology and equipment, advanced driver training and professionalism unmatched by any other truckingcompany. We are currently seeking a few good drivers for our Tanker Division to run freight in the Ohio Valley and PA, Chicago Area, Southeast, Northeast and Southwest.Southern Pine Drivers enjoy leading salary, benefits and training packages Percentage Pay – 25-28% of Line Haul Revenue (earn $72,000-$90,000 annually) Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Holiday and Vacation Pay Company Paid Life Insurance Policy 401(k) 100% match up to 5% of gross pay Retention and Recognition Programs Long Term Disability Insurance Roadside Safety Incentive Rider and Pet Program 24/7 Maintenance Support 24/7 Safe Operations Manager support The Benefits of Percentage Pay The two most common methods of truck driver compensation are either mileage pay, or percentage pay. At Southern Pines Trucking, we compensate our drivers on a percentage pay basis because we know this earns our drivers more So what’s the difference? Consider this example: A customer needs a load hauled 1,236 miles and will pay $2,900 for the load to be moved. Mileage Pay is simply what it implies. You are paid a certain dollar amount per mile that you drive. For example, if you are paid 56 cents per mile and you drive 1,236 miles, your pay would look like this: .56 cents x 1236 miles $692 Percentage Pay is based off a percentage the shipper paid to haul their load. Using the example above, if your percentage is 28% and the shipper paid $2,900 dollars for the load, your pay would look like: $2,900 x .28 $812 As you see in the example above, an experienced driver on percentage pay earns $120 more for pulling the same load as the driver on mileage based pay NO BRAINER2019 Driver “Refer More-Make More” Referral Program Earn extra money by referring Drivers $1,000 for first referral, paid out $500 at 30 days and $500 at 6 months $1,250 for second referral, paid out $625 at 30 days and $625 at 6 months $1,500 for third and all additional referrals, paid $750 at 30 days and $750 at 6 months You will receive another $2,500 at the referred Drivers 1-year anniversary – earn up to $4,000 per hire…refer 10 Drivers that stay 1 year and receive $39,250 All drivers will be entered into a year-end raffle for a Brand New Ford Explorer What are you waiting for?
