U.S. Global Office (USGO) Global Mobility (Deloitte LLP) leadership is seeking a Cross Border Employee Experience, Manager to support the assignee process. Identifies staff training needs and develops guidance to support staff development. (25%) Serves as lead on the development and implementation of complex program initiatives. Plans, oversees, and manages the development and ongoing operation of assigned special projects including those related to federal and state directed initiatives. Develops work plans, monitors and reports on progress, and communicates with unit staff, stakeholders, agency management, and others. Collaborates with other organizational areas and with other health and human services agencies. Prepares quality research, analysis, and written updates, summaries, and other documents as assigned. Develops materials for the preparation or in follow up to workgroups and meetings conducted with internal and external stakeholders. Interprets agency rules and federal and state laws, and oversees compliance with program policies and procedures, statutes, and rules. Oversees and assists staff with the development and implementation of program options for PCS initiatives impacting HHSC agencies, including program analysis, option development, timelines, and fiscal impact analyses. Establishes and facilitates inter-agency workgroups and committees. Sets goals and objectives, makes assignments, provides direction, reviews and approves work products. (25%) Oversees functions related to the management of PCS programs and collaborates and integrates with other HHS agencies and programs as necessary to accomplish division responsibilities. Establishes goals and objectives for PCS in conjunction with leadership and stakeholder groups. Conducts periodic evaluations to determine if objectives are being met and consistently identifies the opportunity and need to revise priorities. Reports findings and recommendations for improvements to the PCS DEC. (20%) Works with and speaks to stakeholders to provide information, technical assistance, identify needs and resolve issues.
