The position will achieve operational excellence by creating a strategic plan for service that sets objectives, manages people and processes, evaluates resources and reforecasts the team’s size, growth and skill sets to ensure the team is prepared to meet the company’s long range strategic plans for growth and profitability As the most senior role in a remote office location, this person will be responsible for upholding the Deckers core values and being an expert communicator. Since this candidate’s direct manager will be located at the main office in Goleta, CA, managing teams independently, modeling strong work ethic, and having the proven skills to make sound decisions is imperative. Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for the Customer Experience team. As the leader of the largest region, responsible for driving Global cohesion in Regional roadmap development. Build and Lead teams responsible for Order Book Management, Sales Support, Customer Compliance, EDI Management. Partner with Demand Planning, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Distribution leadership to profitably deliver products on-time and in-full to wholesale channels Deliver weekly financial forecasts, KPI updates, inventory analysis, and conversion risk assessments Collaborate with global leadership to drive process improvement initiatives; responsible for anticipating, preventing, and solving problems that impede sales productivity Partner with IT to strategize, prioritize and implement ERP and BI systems enhancements Provide other areas and departments, as well as executive management, critical Voice of the Customer information that is relative to the company’s strategic plan success. Developing the training content, transferring the knowledge to the team, and instituting resources that optimize our service offerings. Education & Experience Bachelors Degree 8-10 years experience in Customer Support 5 years managing teams Valid driver’s license. Proficient in Microsoft Applications Oracle EBS experience is preferred Proven track record for managing global complex projects and implementations Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of emotional intelligence with ability to self-direct and to manage & develop staff. General Summary Rise Broadband is currently hiring for a temporary to possible hire Field Workforce Coordinator. The position may last 60-90 days and is located in Loveland, CO. Responsible for dynamic job assignment via required workforce management tools to ensure a technician arrives at a customer’s home on time, with enough time, with the right skills, and equipment to complete the job. Also, responsible for relaying and recording information to field personnel related to their current day. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Respond to customer service requests by prioritizing and dispatching service requests to available technicians; act as liaison between technician and customer service employees. Assist in driving field productivity through efficient call routing. Pre-call any customers that fall out of the automated pre-call system or need updates based on technician availability. Validate routes at required intervals. Ensure all jobs are assigned and completed each day. Rebalance work as necessary to ensure on-time arrival and consistent work distribution, maximizing technician productivity and efficiency. Verify all technicians are accurate in WFX for the day. Request new IRTs be added through established process. Coordinate schedule updates as they impact day of routing and monitor the location of technicians and their utilization. Self-manage and maximize the routing functions in WFX. Appointment management; notify technicians of appointment changes. Record and maintain basic dispatch information. Plan and maintain efficient operations based on processes and procedures. Analyze and communicate routing inefficiencies within WFX; Assess and propose possible fixes to start locations, management areas, quota revisions, and tech rotations. Assist technicians as necessary. Perform other duties as required. Job Requirements • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively with a keen sense to detail. Ability to work in a fast paced, self-managed, high pressure environment. Ability to multi-task using multiple software programs simultaneously. Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner. Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, billing systems). Ability to utilize dispatching equipment such as telephone, pagers, mobile radio. Knowledge of basic mathematics. Knowledge of broadband products and services. Vision ability: close vision, and ability to adjust focus – Multiple screen workstation. Knowledge of billing system structure. Knowledge of service troubleshooting diagnostic procedures. High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Experience as a Dispatcher is a plus, and a minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service related environment. Working Conditions Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
